1. Subject to these terms, InfraBuild Wire Pty Ltd ABN 59 000 010 873 (“InfraBuild”) offers to pay any eligible customer $10 (incl. GST) per eligible Cyclone N-Sure® gates purchased. Minimum of four (4) N-Sure gates. Purchases must be made in a single (1) transaction between 1st May 2023 - 30th June 2023 (“promotion period”).

2. Offer available on Cyclone N-Sure®, N-Sure 1500, N-Sure 1800 and N-Sure Brooker Hinge gates (“eligible gates”).

3. This offer is not available to customers who purchase Cyclone gates for resale to any other person.

4. Any farmer/end user who purchases gates for which a refund is subsequently given during the promotion period (other than due to a defect in materials or workmanship of the products) will not be eligible to receive a digital Visa gift card payment.

5. Farmers with eligible Cyclone promotional purchases must complete an online claim form and upload a copy of an electronically generated invoice as proof of purchase at www.cycloneproducts.com.au/EOFYpromo2023.

6. Completed claims together with proof of purchase must be received before 4.00pm (AEST) on Monday 31st July 2023 (unless otherwise agreed by InfraBuild Wire with the customer in writing). Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible.

7. Only invoices which clearly state the name of the supplier of the eligible Cyclone N-Sure® gates, the customer’s name, the invoice number, the quantity of eligible gates purchased in that transaction and the date of purchase of eligible gates will be accepted as proof of purchase. Hand written invoices will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

8. Subject to compliance with these terms, the cash back payments will be paid via an online Visa gift card service (True Rewards). digital Visa gift cards will be sent to the email address and phone number specified by the eligible customer in the claim form.

9. Once a farmers claim is received, it may take up to 25 business days to receive your card. Incomplete or dubious claims may result in delays to claim payments.

10. This is an end user factory cashback. Distributor store purchases are not eligible.
