CRITERIA

Display to be completed before the end of May 2024.
• Support the Cyclone EOFY end user promotion with a store display using the marketing material provided.
• Create a captivating N-Sure display out the front of your store including the Cyclone Gate Stop on your display.


HOW TO CLAIM

1. Create a captivating N-Sure gate display using the Cyclone marketing material provided.
2. Take pictures of your display. Include the store name and any store staff in the display photo.
3. Email the pictures through to Cyclone’s promotions team at: promotions@cycloneproducts.com.au
4. Must include your name, email address & mobile phone number. This will be the contact that the digital Visa gift card is sent to.
5. Don’t forget to post on your social media page.


MORE INFORMATION:

• Maximum one (1) $100 digital Visa gift card per store.
• Emails must be sent to promotions no later than 5:00pm (AEST) Friday 31st May 2024.
• Qualifying stores will receive an email notifying them that they have successfully completed the Cyclone display imitative and the steps to activate their $100 digital Visa gift card.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and claim in the Cyclone products display incentive form part of these Terms and Conditions of offer. Participation in this display incentive is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion only applies to “eligible claimants (customers/trading
    names)” who meet the conditions of all the terms below.
  2. Store display incentive is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of Cyclone Distribution should have management approval to participate. Nonemployees of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Fencing Contractors and customers) are ineligible. This is only for distributors of Cyclone products.
  3. Subject to these terms, Infrabuild Wire Pty Ltd ABN 59 000 010 873 (Infrabuild) offers to provide via redemption to any eligible Distributor, a $100.00 (AUD) digital VISA gift card, which can be redeemed by emailing clear photos in a standard image format, of your display set up to promotion@cycloneproducts.com.au.
  4. Eligible distributors must email through their display to promotions@ cycloneproducts.com.au. The photos must be sent sent by no later than
    5.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 31 May 2024. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or late claims will be deemed invalid.
  5. Subject to compliance with these terms, Cyclone display incentive will be paid by Infrabuild in the form of $100.00 (AUD) digital Visa gift card by no later than Wednesday 31st July 2024 and will be emailed to the nominated customers email & mobile phone number specified in the claim email. Incomplete or incorrect claims will result in a delay of prize delivery.
  6. Infrabuild reserves the right, at any time, to modify these terms, verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and to disqualify any customer who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Other conditions may apply.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the claimant on the tax deductibility of any purchase and the changes to accelerated depreciation tax law.
  8. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services.

  • The Promoter is Infrabuild Pty Ltd.
  •  Cyclone display incentive is a program where participating stores receive $100.00 (AUD) digital VISA gift card upon their participation in this years May/ June promotion, services or other nominated sales activities.
  • Participation in the program is open only to eligible participating stores nominated by The Promoter.
  • Claims must be made using the claiming process as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Cancellation of the eligibility of any participant shall be at the sole discretion of The Promoter.
  • The Promoter may alter the program without notice to participants and may also delete, substitute or change the incentive at any time. In the event that a prize is superseded, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or similar value without notice.
  • Incentive prizes can only be sent to a business email address and mobile number.
  • Claims are processed weekly. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your claim for the processing, handling and delivery of your prizes.
  • There may be Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications and it is recommended that all stakeholders within the program seek their own independent accountant’s advice.
  • Cyclone display incentive is conducted in accordance with the Terms & Conditions specified on this flyer and via any other subsequent communications by The Promoter and all participant members agree to be so bound. In all matters relating to The Program the decision of The Promoter shall be final and no correspondence.
